Snow Storms, Holiday music and Coalitions...

Like em, love it and don't get it.We were supposed to get another "Storm of the Century" and it was sort of a non-event. I'm cool with that because it made life a little easier for the commute today and believe me after driving in and out of the city last winter, I know what 20 cm of the white stuff can do to traffic. Stop it, that's what.
I like the fact that we are getting some good accumulation in the snow belt and yes we will have that Big Storm sooner than later but at least for today it was just a warning.
Holiday music. Love it. I'm going to call it Christmas music too because that's what it is. I know not everyone celebrates(most of my family doesn't) but when we play White Christmas or Santa Claus is coming to town, I say it's Christmas music and that's got to be okay. As for the appetite for it, I was blown away as were many of the other EZ Rock announcers by all your e-mails and calls asking when we going to be "Rocking around the Christmas Tree..." Well it's started and we hope you'll enjoy it right through the end of December.
Finally I have to admit the whole Liberal, NDP, Bloc coalition of Love has got me stumped. Didn't we just have an election and didnt' the Conservatives win it?
I do understand that the opposition parties are going to vote non-confidence if the Government tables their fiscal agenda thingy but that's quite the conundrum. Either it triggers another election(and wouldnt' that just be the funnest???) or the Liberals become the government. Wow, I'd like "Things that make me want to stick a fork in my eye for 50 Alex?"
I'm hoping it's like the big storm that we were supposed to get and maybe the whole thing will pass us by until much much later.
