How It Works!
Belt out your favourite song and show us why you should be the first WOODBINE IDOL!

Each week, we'll randomly pick 15 qualifiers who will be invited to the WOODBINE IDOL CONTEST, being held at Hoofbeats Restaurant at OLG Slots at Woodbine Racetrack each Tuesday starting at 8:00 pm from August 12th to September 2nd!  Registration is from 6:00pm to 7:50pm.  Each qualifier and their guest will receive one dining voucher for the Willows Restaurant buffet! (Total Approximate Retail Value: $50 CDN).  Each qualifier will also receive a ballot for the weekly door prize draw.

Each Tuesday, the panel of three judges from OLG Slots at Woodbine Racetrack and EZ Rock will announce the top 3 finalists based on stage presence and vocal talent!  Then those 3 finalists will perform at the Woodbine Idol Contest Finals on Tuesday, September 9th starting at 8:00 pm. 

If you make it to the finals, you are invited to have your hair and makeup done, compliments of Woodbine Shopping Centre, to shine your best during your final performance!  All 12 finalists and one guest will also receive one dining voucher for the Willows Restaurant buffet to energize before you hit the stage!  (Total Approximate Retail Value of each dining voucher: $25 CDN)

At the end of the finals, the judges will announce the top 3 winners!

The third place winner will win $250 and 4 tickets to see Dirty Dancing and an opportunity to take a picture with the cast! 

The second place winner will win $500 and 4 tickets to see Dirty Dancing and an opportunity to take a picture with the cast! 

In addition to being crowned the first WOODBINE IDOL you'll win $5000 CASH plus a $3000 gift card from the Woodbine Shopping Centre!  PLUS, you'll be invited to perform live Friday or Saturday evening on the Hoofbeats Stage at OLG Slots at Woodbine Racetrack on a weekend as determined by OLG between September 26th and October 25th!
