97.3 EZ ROCK invites you to ‘Be there for Dad' at the Father's Day Walk-Run for Prostate Cancer.

The 7th Annual Father's Day Walk/Run for Prostate Cancer will take place on Sunday, June 15, 2008 at the Distillery District.

This Father's Day event, in support of the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada, is a 5km walk/run ideal for families and walking and running enthusiasts alike. All proceeds raised fund research into the prevention, detection, and treatment of prostate cancer - a disease that affects one in every eight men in their lifetime.

Participants who raise more than $2,000 in donations will be entered into a draw to win a trip for two anywhere Air Canada flies. Registration is $30 on or before May 30^th and $35 after May 30^th.  Registration is free for those who raise $100 or more in donations on or before Sunday, June 15^th.
