Punch Buggy For Sick Kids! 

On May 31, 2008 Volkswagen Beetle enthusiasts from all over Ontario will be bringing their VW Bugs into Toronto for the first ever Toronto Beetle Invasion! This will be the largest VW Beetle gathering of its kind in Toronto!

The Punch Buggy Picnic at Coronation Park is open to the everyone, so come down and enjoy a Hamburger or Hot Dog on Toronto's Waterfront with all proceeds going to SickKids!

This is a unique Fun Family oriented fund-raising event for SickKids and a nice 'feel good' story! Everyone is welcome to come down and see the huge caravan of VW Punch Buggy's! The Rod Iron Bug will be there! So will Billo the Pakistani Bug! Plus many, many more!  There will also be Remote Control Beetles for everyone to Race!

Before the Picnic, Mitch Petty will be driving the official ‘Punch Buggy 4 SickKids' Baja Bug (1974) for a 40 hour Drive-a-thon to benefit SickKids from May 29-31, 2008. The drive-a-thon route will take the ‘Punch Buggy' up and down Toronto's busiest streets and will offer great visibility and exposure for the Punch Buggy 4 SickKids sponsors and the Punch Buggy Picnic.  Keep an eye out for him!!
