CFRB's Silvana Aceto reports on TSX tumbling

North American stocks wallowed in a sea of red this afternoon after the U.S. House of Representatives rejected a $700 billion bailout plan for Wall Street. At the same time, the TSX fell over 800 points Monday and as we hear from CFRB's Silvana Aceto it's one of the biggest one-day drops in its history.
