Lori Paris reports on Stephane Dion's speech to Toronto business leaders

In a passionate speech to business leaders at the Royal York, Liberal Leader Stephane Dion promised that his party would rebuild a strong Canadian economy.

Mocking Stephen Harper for waiting until the final week of the campaign to release his platform, Liberal Leader Stephane Dion also attacked the prime minister for not taking action in the financial crisis.

"He is completely out of touch with the impact the current economic turmoil is having on the lives of everyday Canadians. As Canadians, we worry about our savings, our jobs. For many of us, it is more than the worry.  It is the hurt, the harm."

Dion also spoke of the apparent drop in support for the Tories, saying more voters who were leaning towards Harper are turning to the Liberals.
