As Stephane Dion toured Oakville and Brantford today, he pointed his finger at Stephan Harper, accusing the Conservatives of having have no economic plan.

CFRB's Katie Franzios was in the 905 today.

Dion says Harper is just making spur of the moment election promises, such as the $25 billion deal to give banks the money to finance new mortgages and loans.

The Liberal leader also jumped on Harper for criticizing him for restarting an interview for a CTV affiliate in Halifax. Harper had said this showed no class and proves Dion isn't up to coping with the country's economic problems.

Dion also says, if elected as Prime Minister, he'll get involved with native land claims in Caledonia. He says the federal government should step in to end the two-year stand-off between locals and natives.
